Sports Performance Specialist/Therapist
Mark represented the Irish Triathlon Team for 5 years during 1996 - 2001. During that time he raced many International Triathlon Union races including the ITU World Championships and the ETU European Championships. In 2001 he decided to go back to college and became a Physical Therapist.
Upon moving to the US in 2005 he become a Licensed Massage Therapist, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer.
He is accustomed to training high level athletes. He spent nine months working and traveling with the US National Women’s Soccer Team in 2008 and played a pivotal role with the teams' training to help win the Gold Medal at the Beijing Olympics. Mark has also worked with the Men’s National U20s Soccer Team for the FIFA U20’s World Cup in 2007 and again in 2009.
In 2009 he decided to start back racing Triathlon and concentrated in Long Distance Triathlons. He came 4th in the Whirlpool Steelhead 70.3 Ironman and qualified for the World 70.3 Ironman Championships in Clearwater Florida.
